Mailbox is an icon for Birmingham’s office and lifestyle locations. Previously being the largest Royal Mail sorting office in the country, this building preserves British Heritage alongside modern commercial spaces.
As a way to revitalise the post-covid empty high street spaces, Mailbox wanted to introduce a new retail centre that mixes local businesses with hybrid working. An increase in companies downsizing their spaces and more businesses adopting hybrid working, Mailbox aims to be the forerunner in providing co-working space that suits future of office working.
After years of building a confident relationship with our client, RSR was tasked to complete a complete CatA and CatB fit out of the office space. The requirements were to make the area dynamic and functional to suit any business requirement.
