On your bike!
The RSR office staff are dedicating their week to cycling as far as they can – without even leaving the office! We have had 4 static bikes donated to us for the week from Energie Fitness MK which we have decked out to match our in-house team colours; Orange, Green, Blue, and Yellow. This is all in aid of supporting Willen Hospice, as well as promoting good physical and mental health through team challenges and wellness discussions. How far will we get? Paris? Milan? Sydney?

What a great week we had! RSR went on a journey to France then Germany and finally landed in Portugal with cycling a total of 1251.66 miles! A massive well done to everyone who took part ????
Our aim was to promote exercise and teambuilding within the office by having our in-house teams compete against each other and we can safely say that Green team smashed it with a total of 403.44 miles just by them! This was also kindly supported by Willen Hospice so we managed to raise £550 to this wonderful charity
